Renowned Anzer honey, produced between 2300-3000 altitude in İkizdere district of Rize province in Black Sea region, is known to be good for many diseases. In order to produce this unique honey each year in June, one hundred families with approximately 2,500 hives are placed in the plateau according to the rate of sunshining.
