Ankara, April 15, 2020 Şemsi Bayraktar, Union of Turkish Agricultural Chambers President, held a press conference in Ankara and said that not only those working in the harvest, all farmers and farm workers should be exempt from the curfew in force for weekends. Pointing out that agricultural activities continue intensively, Bayraktar said, “Our farmer performs harvesting, fertilizing, planting seedlings, hoeing, irrigation, spraying, and misfire. All these works must be done without wasting time.
