The grape juice produced by Manisa Viticulture Research Institute will be sold by Atatürk Forest Farm (AOÇ) throughout the country in order to increase the added value obtained from grapes. Manisa Viticulture Research Institute Director Akay Ünal said that 2 years ago, they started production of 100 percent natural grape juice antioxidant, plant phenolics and a rich product in terms of food chain two years ago. Squeezed from fresh fruit and without adding any additives, including drinking water, grape juice was presented to the appreciation of local people in the first place and saw great demand.
