Turkey, the world's 8th and the Europe's 3rd largest milk producer, is hosting this year's World Dairy Summit held in Istanbul for the first time. The summit discussed the future of the milk where is a keynote speaker at the 2nd day of Ak Food Chief Executive Officer Ali Sözen said that the event is a great opportunity to show Turkey's production potential to the world. Organized by the International Dairy Federation (IDF) every year in different cities of the world, the World Milk Summit started this year with the hosting of Istanbul.
