Apricot kernel milk was produced in Malatya... In Malatya, İnönü University Food Engineering and Apricot Research Institute produced apricot kernel milk. The obtained milk was found to be a product that can be consumed by citizens with cholesterol disorders. Dr. Gökhan Durmaz started to work 2 years ago with the idea of producing milk from apricot seeds. The students of the faculty started the project of apricot kernel milk with Assoc.
