OSMAN YARDIMCI: NO PRICE HIKE IN RED MEAT DURING RAMADAN

"There is no price hike in red meat in Ramadan," said Osman Yardımcı, Vice President of the Butchers' Federation. Butchers' Federation of Turkey Vice President Osman Yardımcı said there will be no price increase of red meat in the month of Ramadan. "We have always such provocative remarks in Ramadan period in terms of red meat. No one should regard to this," Yardımcı added. Cengiz Ceylan, Deputy Director General of Animal Husbandry, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, said that sacrificials for the Feast would be all domestic.
