Osmaniye Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Sağlam said that despite its exhausting harvest, okra is one of the highest yielding alternative products. Sağlam said that a decare area planted okra's turnover of about 10 thousand liras. After deduction of the cost which is around 5 thousand liras, the rest is farmer's earnings.
