MUSTAFA EKEN: SİVAS KATMER IS UNIQUE AND MUCH DIFFERENT THAN OTHERS
Katmer, which is one of the indispensable foods of breakfast culture in Sivas province, was registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Authority. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sivas (STSO) applied to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Agency 2 years ago for registration of the unique peculiarities of Sivas region and obtaining geographical signs.
