The export journey of fresh black figs, which the British Royal family has gained immense popularity around the world, begins on 29 July.

The export of Sarılop variety (delicious and popular fresh figs) will start on 23 July 2019.

The committee consisting of the representatives of Fig Research Institute, Aydın Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, Western Anatolia Regional Directorate of Ministry of Trade and Buharkent Chamber of Agriculture, Aegean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters' Association has determined the first export dates of these products.

For Black fresh figs; The date of 28 July 2019 was determined as the cut date and 29 July 2019 for exports.

Experts indicate that Black figs get the lion's share of fresh figs exports.

Turkey's fresh figs exports in 2018 was 39 million dollars.

Fresh figs exports consist of 35 million dollars as the largest slice out of 39 million dollars...
