GREEN TEA POWDER WILL TASTE MARAŞ ICE CREAM...

ÇAYKUR Deputy General Manager Yusuf Ziya Alim said that green tea powder will taste Maraş ice cream...

Indicating that they have made some talks concerning Green tea powder for the use of different areas in Kahramanmaraş, Alim said, "Both selling Green tea powder in ice cream, use of cake, skin care or other alternatives in stores we continue to work."

Alim, pointing out that this product is a new R & D study, "We have some plans for Maraş ice cream with Green Tea powder for both domestic and abroad. The market looks nice. Everybody likes Green tea ice cream," he noted.

Turkey's fishery production slightly lower in 2018... Per capita average yearly fish consumption rises to 6.14 kg, official data show... Turkey's fishery production dropped 0.3 per cent year-on-year, falling to 628,631 tons in 2018, the country's statistical authority said Wednesday. "The total fishery production was composed of sea fish by 35.3 per cent other sea products by 9.9 per cent inland water products by 4.8 per cent and aquaculture products by 50 per cent," TurkStat said in a statement. TurkStat data also showed that per capita average fish consumption in Turkey rose 11.8 per cent from the previous year to reach 6.14 kg (13.5 pounds).
