İnegol Chamber of Agriculture Chairman Sezai Çelik, examined the harvest of cabbage in the Kulaca neighborhood. Çelik said, "Inegöl began to harvest cabbage, we came here to see. İnegöl region has 90 kinds of products are grown, one of them is cabbage. But unfortunately we are experiencing difficulties in making money .We came here today to show you the terrible gap from producers to  consumers. The cabbage market, which costs 1, 25 liras in the field, is sold for 5 liras. You can see what kind of conditions our women workers have. As a result the gap between field and market prices can not be acceptable."

Selman Mestan, one of the cabbage producers, also said, "Currently, the cabbage harvest continues. We are not satisfied with the prices. The price in the field is between 1 and 50 liras, but in the market there is 5 liras. There is a big difference. We can not make money under these circumstances."
