TÜROB (Hotel Association of Turkey) management recommended its member hotels to bring 'breakfast plate and set menu' practise by abolishing 'open buffet' in breakfast, lunch and dinner services

It is announced in the article sent from TÜROB to member hotels, “There are breakfast and dining halls in the common areas where guests are together. For this reason, we recommend replacing the 'open buffet' and practise 'breakfast plate and set menu' in all hotels and restaurants."
