The communiqué regarding the export of lemon subject to the prior permission of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry was published in the Official Gazette.

The following statements were included in the communiqué in the Official Gazette:

"While the Communiqué is prepared on the basis of articles 2 and 3 of the Export Regime Decision enacted by the Council of Ministers Decision No. 95/7623 dated 22/12/1995, the provisions of the Communiqué will be determined by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. It will be implemented until 8/2020. The provisions of the communiqué will be executed by the Minister of Trade."
